Working on the logo for SAYAK STRIKER - a cool electro/retrowave/synthwave music project.
His music is very nice and he deserves to have a nice logo.
I'm doing this stuff in Illustrator to get the superb metal feeling and avoid negative
"ahh, these 90's photoshop gradients are so easy to do and look cheap" reaction.

Commission.

Another commission made few weeks ago.

Years icons to be used in Star TV show.
50s rockabilly, 60s psychedelic, 70s punk, 80s new wave/synth, 90s hip hop, 00s internet era.
I had enough time to draw these pictures, so I'm a bit proud with the result.

There are my favorite in large size.
80s - new wave, synth, vector gfx videogames, miami vice, laser, vhs, shining metal, glitter, neon.

And 00s - internet, ipod, mp3, digital entertainment, download, messengers, social networking, cutting edge videogames.

All that stuff is courtesy of Star TV live music channel and blah-blah-blah.

Here is another piece work for my guys from Star TV.

TV broadcast logo. 

The idea was to get the feeling of 80's vhs/betacam picture style with it's glitches and interlacing.
It was made in vectors and then processed with raster software.
Final image processed with Adobe Photoshop, superheavily processed :
